2. Membership

1. By registering on AutoBid.online, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
2. Membership is non-transferable and intended solely for your personal or organizational use.

3. Payment, Currency & Card Types

1. We currently accept PayPal as our primary payment gateway.
2. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
3. Payments must be made in full before accessing paid features.

4. Refund / Return Policy

1. While our services are digital in nature, we offer a full refund if you have not used our service and submit a refund request within fourteen (14) days of your payment.
2. To request a refund, you must provide a valid reason for cancellation. Refunds will not be granted once the service has been accessed or used.
3. For human-driven services, including guidance calls, workshops, or any session involving manual effort by our team, refunds are limited to a maximum of seventy-five percent (75%) of the payment, provided the request is made within the fourteen (14) day refund period.
4. Refunds will only be issued in cases of exceptional circumstances, such as proven technical issues preventing service usage.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

1. If our system is unavailable due to prolonged technical downtime caused by our infrastructure, affected customers may be eligible for partial credit or extension of service.
2. Requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the incident.

6. Cancellation Policy

1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
2. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
3. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription.

7. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any user who:

1. Engages in fraudulent or abusive activity.
2. Attempts to reverse-engineer or exploit our system.
3. Violates applicable laws or these Terms.
